ETHAN OKUNAS MS, RD, LDN
Ethan Okunas is a Registered Dietitian, founder of Quantum Dietitian, and author of Quantum Nutrition and Quantum Weight Loss.
He helps clients rebuild their health by aligning metabolism, rhythm, and environment at the level of energy. Rather than focusing only on food and symptoms, Ethan teaches people how to work with the upstream signals — light, timing, water, movement, and mitochondrial function — that truly shape how the body operates.
After years of clinical work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Ethan saw the same pattern repeatedly: even when people followed “perfect” diets and training plans, many continued to struggle with energy, sleep, metabolism, and sustainable progress. This led him to explore the deeper physics of biology and ultimately write his two books.
Quantum Nutrition is the foundational book. It explains the unseen signals that govern metabolism, mitochondria, and long-term health. Quantum Weight Loss is the practical companion. It shows exactly how to apply those principles in daily life to make fat loss feel natural and sustainable.
Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Fitness from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University, where he completed the Coordinated Program in Dietetics.
A former NCAA Division I wrestler and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Purple Belt, Ethan understands the physical and mental demands of high-performance living firsthand. His background as both a clinician and an athlete gives him a unique perspective on how recovery, nutrition, rhythm, and energy flow influence strength and resilience over a lifetime.
Through telehealth nutrition consultations, Ethan works with clients nationwide, helping them translate quantum health principles into practical, sustainable strategies that fit real life. His mission is to help people reconnect with their natural environment through light, rhythm, and lifestyle so they can age stronger, think clearer, and live with lasting vitality.
