About Ethan
Ethan Okunas, MS, RD, LDN
Ethan Okunas is a Registered Dietitian and founder of Quantum Dietitian, where modern nutrition meets quantum biology. He blends clinical expertise with a quantum nutrition approach — helping clients restore health by aligning biology with nature’s light, rhythm, and energy.
Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Fitness from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition with a concentration in the Coordinated Program in Dietetics from Framingham State University.
After years of working in both inpatient and outpatient care, Ethan realized that food alone doesn’t explain the full picture of human health. Our quantum biology — the way light, water, and electromagnetic energy interact with our cells — plays a vital role in metabolism, sleep, and longevity. True nourishment comes from synchronizing the body’s circadian rhythm and mitochondrial function, not just counting calories or macros.
Ethan’s professional background includes clinical nutrition, critical care, weight management, and performance nutrition coaching. This foundation allows him to bridge evidence-based dietetics with functional and holistic nutrition, guiding clients toward improved energy, focus, and resilience through personalized food, light, and lifestyle strategies.
Through telehealth nutrition consultations, Ethan works with clients nationwide, helping them apply quantum health principles to modern living — optimizing recovery, metabolism, and vitality through practical, sustainable habits.
A former NCAA Division I wrestler and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Purple Belt, Ethan understands the physical and mental demands of high-performance living. His experience as both clinician and athlete gives him a unique perspective on how recovery, rhythm, and energy flow shape long-term health.
Ethan’s mission is to help individuals reconnect with their natural environment — through quantum nutrition, light, and lifestyle — so they can age stronger, think clearer, and live with lasting vitality.
