What this Module is about:
If you cleaned up your food and you’re still tired, you’re in the most common spot I see as a dietitian. Better meals help. They are not the whole problem. This lesson is the reset before the rest of the protocol: stop tightening the diet and look at the day around the plate.
Lesson goals
See why a clean diet can still leave you tired
Separate “food helps” from “food is the first lever”
Replace “what else can I cut?” with light, sleep, and screen questions
Leave a decent diet alone for now
What to do now
Leave the diet where it is if it’s already solid. No new meal plan, no tighter rules, no extra supplement stack.
Watch the day around the meals: first outdoor light, sleep timing, last bright screen.
Food still counts. It comes later on purpose. Next modules are light, water, darkness, and timing.
-
Energy does not only come from the plate. Light, sleep timing, and when you eat change how the same meal lands. A steak and potatoes at 8 a.m. is not the same input as that meal at 8 p.m. under blue light.
-
What else is going on besides the food? When do I first get outside? When do I actually sleep? When is my last bright screen? Same lunch can feel fine Monday and heavy Tuesday. The food did not change. The day around it did.
-
Do not get stricter. Do not cut more foods. Do not add another supplement and blame yourself. A tighter diet usually makes the week harder and burns people out. Food still counts. It is the finishing place here, not the starting place.
